OUR APPROACH – Sales & Inventory Management System

Artistical Hand Granite & Marble Private Limited, Saudi Arabia
PROBLEM
Sales people were not getting detailed information about prospective clients as there was no collaboration between lead generation and sales team. Sales guys used to carry photographs of different products to show it to their clients.
Inventory management was being done on registers. Sometimes delay in communication between production and sales team was affecting business.

OUR APPROACH – Sales & Inventory Management System

• A CRM module was integrated into the new system.
• The CRM module helped in finding information about clients from online space including finding links to client's social media profiles.
• Predictive Analytical algorithms were used to rank prospective customers according to their propensity.
• Inventory management module was integrated into the new system.
• Production, Warehouse and Sales team were updated in real time about inventory levels.
• Alert is being sent on SMS by the system on inventory going below a level for any product. This alert is sent to management for timely action and talk with vendors.

RESULT
Sales team armed with better information about clients and their propensity rankings has become more productive. Automation of Inventory management with inbuilt SMS alerts is keeping the whole value chain updated. The company is able to give better estimation of delivery dates using information being generated by inventory systems. This is bringing up customer satisfaction levels.
